CHH Patient Relations is dedicated to guaranteeing quality patient care by
making sure the "little things" do not go unnoticed. The Department responds to
patient concerns and provides oversight of the Hospital's compliant management
process. The office also manages the patient survey process to monitor on-going
quality assurance efforts and takes proactive steps to improve overall patient
satisfaction and services. The Department also oversees the Patient
Representative Volunteer Program which utilizes volunteers who provide thousands
of hours of special assistance, and the Spiritual Care Chaplains who respond to
the spiritual needs of patients.

Patient Relations Liason keeps people informed and provides communication with
hospitl staff.
