CHH provides Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programs directed by a team of certified healthcare experts at Winsted Health Center. A physician's referral is needed to participate in these exercise programs.

The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is designed to help people who have had a heart attack or cardiac surgery. Its team of certified cardiac healthcare professionals ensure a speedy recovery and provide the knowledge to live a heart-healthy lifestyle. A cardiovascular fitness program is also offered to help people who are at risk for Coronary Artery Disease, with goals to improve cardiovascular health.

The Pulmonary Rehabilitation program provides progressive exercise and education to patients with asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, and pulmonary fibrosis.
