The Hungerford Regional Sleep Laboratory is the first hospital-based program offering state-of-the-art sleep testing in Northwest Connecticut and is staffed by trained respiratory therapists and polysomnographic technologists. The Laboratory diagnoses and treats people with suspected sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea or insomnia, and performs comprehensive overnight sleep studies according to the accreditation standards of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
