CHH Patient Relations is dedicated to guaranteeing quality patient care by making sure the “little things” do not go unnoticed. The Department responds to patient concerns and provides oversight of the Hospital’s complaint management process. The office also manages the patient survey process to monitor on-going quality assurance efforts and takes proactive steps to improve overall patient satisfaction and services.
