Charlotte Hungerford Hospital’s new Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Center at 1151 East Main Street in Torrington will be hosting a FREE “Ask The Experts” Open House on Wednesday, October 23 between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m.

Stop by for some answers and view the center’s new state-of-the-art facility and equipment. The center’s staff including CHH Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, Athletic Trainers, and the Medical Director will be on hand for a meet and greet attendees.
CHH Outpatient Rehabilitation Services, with a second location on the CHH campus, utilize the best evidence based practices and provide professional, one to one therapist treatments to help reduce pain, restore function, and improve movement and functional abilities for patients. In conjunction with the referring provider, therapists conduct a comprehensive initial evaluation, and then create a detailed long range plan of care specific to the patient’s presenting impairments and individual needs.
Physical and Occupational Therapies and Treatments are designed to address a wide range of neuromusculoskeletal, cognitive, and speech disorders, including traumatic, medical, mechanical and postural dysfunctions of acute and chronic injuries.
