Charlotte Hungerford Hospital (CHH) APRN Dawn Lidstone, has recently joined the existing Primary Care practice of Dr. Bruce Janelli and is now accepting patients at the office on 76 Church Street, Canaan, CT.

Dr. Bruce Janelli will be retiring and Dawn will continue to serve his patients and accept new patients at the same location. The practice offers comprehensive primary care services and is committed to personal and compassionate care through the diagnosis and treatment of both acute and long-term health conditions.
Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and accepts most major insurance. For appointments, call 860 824 0731.
Dawn Lidstone, MSN, FPNP, WCC, is a dedicated family nurse practitioner with 14 years of nursing experience. She attended nursing school at Elms College, Chicopee, Massachusetts, and received her Master’s in Nursing at Frontier Nursing University, Hyden, Kentucky. Dawn was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nurses in 2011, and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
The office will become part of the CHH Multi-Specialty Group of outpatient service providers and physicians, a local network of outpatient physician practices and services owned and managed by Charlotte Hungerford Hospital consisting of over 60 physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners. These outpatient hospital departments coordinate care among a multitude of specialties and include physician practices in the areas of Urology, Cardiology, Diabetes and Endocrinology, Ear, Nose & Throat, Podiatry, Neurology, Primary Care, Pulmonary & Critical Care, Surgical care, Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine, and Infectious Disease.
