Charlotte Hungerford Hospital (CHH) is presenting “Lunch and Learn”, a health talk entitled “Growing Older Can Bring New Purpose; What is Yours?” presented by Amanda S. Hill, Rehabilitation Manager at CHH. The program is sponsored by Hartford HealthCare at Home and Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging.
Growing older changes not only the physical self but can impact a person’s outlook on life, wisdom and sometimes, reason for being. Discussion will include how activities of daily living can be enhanced through exercise by improving strength, balance and flexibility.
The talk will be held on Thursday, April 25th from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. at the CHH Hungerford Center Conference Room, 780 Litchfield Street, Torrington, CT. Light lunch will be served with a question and answer session to follow.
