Charlotte Hungerford Hospital (CHH) is presenting “Lunch and Learn”, a health talk entitled “Legal, Financial and Healthcare Planning: Take an active role in planning your future!” The speakers will be Elder Law Attorney Marcia Hess of Kraner and Hess, LLC and Tamara Walker, LPN, Transitional Care Coordinator for Hartford HealthCare at Home. The program is sponsored by Hartford HealthCare at Home and Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging.
Learn how legal, financial and healthcare planning are imperative to ensure a smooth transition into the later part of life. Topics will include power of attorney, advanced directives, wills and trusts, as well as the importance of taking an active role in planning your future.
