Behavioral Health Center

CHH Behavioral Health Services

CHH is dedicated to providing outstanding Behavioral Health Services to all members of our communities at our Behavioral Health Center. Asking for help does not need to be difficult or embarrassing.  Emotional problems are real, very painful and can negatively impact personal and family wellness. Our Behavioral Health Services include comprehensive treatment programs for all ages.  Common to all of our programs is a dedicated team of licensed professional staff which include social workers, counselors, marriage and family therapists, substance abuse professionals, psychiatric nurse practitioners, adult and child psychiatrists.  Our clinical expertise at CHH’s Mental and Behavioral Health Center and wide variety of experience in assisting people in need enables us to provide the remarkable care you have come to expect from Charlotte Hungerford.

CHH Behavioral Health Center (BHC)

Our behavioral health services begin with a prompt, confidential telephone screening.  We will work with you in setting up an initial appointment at our Connecticut Behavioral Health Center with a therapist who has the expertise you need. Your therapist will partner with you to explore your concerns, and help you identify and set specific goals and work with you to create a treatment program tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.  Our treatment focuses on your unique strengths to help you in your recovery.

Our behavioral health offers specialized programs including:

  • Outpatient psychotherapy
  • Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
  • Specialty individual and group therapies
