Charlotte Hungerford Hospital Primary Care in the center of Thomaston, CT, is part of the CHH Multi-Specialty Group of outpatient service providers and physicians for primary care services. We offer comprehensive primary care services for adults young and old at her office at 76 Watertown Road, Thomaston.
The practice is committed to personal and compassionate care through the diagnosis and treatment of both acute and long-term health conditions with a focus on wellness and lifestyle medicine. Lindsey Ostro, APRN, and Ana Rios, APRN are now accepting patients.
Lindsey Ostro graduated with honors from Simmons College with a Master’s Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Since then she has worked in Primary Care Office, as a Nurse Practitioner and has vast experience as an RN in ICU, trauma, oncology, orthopedics, and GYN. Her clinical expertise includes obesity Medicine, psychology, GYN, and trigger point injections.
Ana Rios, APRN, graduated from Boston University with a Master’s Degree in Adult Health Nursing in 1987. After 11 years working in Pulmonary Rehabilitation in multiple capacities she received a Certificate from Southern CT State University as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1998. Since then she has worked in Primary Care Offices, Community Health Centers, Nursing Homes, Retail Clinics, Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine. Her clinical expertise includes Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine, Certification as a Medical Examiner for the DOT and Trigger Point Injections. She is fluent in Spanish.
