Hartford HealthCare Medical Group primary care practice managers came together Oct. 29 at Quinnipiac University for the Primary Care Leadership Summit, a day focused on professional development, collaboration and recognition. Organized by medical group executive leaders, the event reflects our People Promise commitment to investing in leaders.
The summit also celebrated the medical group’s highest-performing front office teams, recognizing their commitment to exceptional service and patient experience.
Throughout the day, managers explored practical strategies for managing staff, time and priorities more effectively while strengthening support for their teams. They also completed a self-assessment designed to identify their natural talents, helping them better understand their strengths and how to empower others to succeed.
